I made it!
I really don't understand what got into me today... I was supposed to do a warm up, run 8x400m and then cool down. I jogged 3 km for warm up to the sports field, ran 10x400m (!!) and jogged 3km back home for cool down. And I don't feel pain anywhere, not even tired (except in my calves..)!
I'm so happy so I will drink a cup of tea and then go to bed, with a smile on my face. What a day, what a feeling!
